Seminar presentation notes from:

Managing your Human Resources efficiently

Stay ahead of the game, manage your human resources efficiently – be a competitive unit

How do you manage your work force during a recession? Is redundancy always the best way forward?  Are there any alternatives such as flexible working or sabbaticals? What are the dos and don’ts during a redundancy consultation process?

Whilst the current recession is not over, the thinking seems to have moved on from ‘crisis management’ mode to taking stock of your business and your resources. Focusing on the workforce during a recession is crucial and is a determining factor for all businesses who wish to succeed.

Time and place

The event took place 25 November 2009, at Arla Foods UK Plc in Leeds.
