Fulham FC

Fulham Football Club was formed in 1879 as a local boys’ church side, Fulham St Andrew’s. The oldest of London’s first class clubs, Fulham FC has a long and colourful history spanning over 130 years. The Club achieved promotion to the Premier League in 2001 and remained there until 2014. In 2010 Fulham FC reached the final of the inaugural UEFA Europa League competition, losing 2-1 in extra –time against Club Atletico Madrid.

Fulham FC’s Chairman, Shahid Khan, purchased the Club in 2013 after 16 years under Mohamed Al Fayed. Owner of the NFL side Jacksonville Jaguars, Mr. Khan has recently invested significant funds to the Club’s Motspur Park training ground, an elite facility servicing the needs of the Club’s First Team and its Academy.  This season the Club, led by Slavisa Jokanovic, is competing in the Sky Bet Championship, English Football’s second tier league competition.
