Due to exceptional demand, contemporary Danish restaurant, SNAPS + RYE are delighted to welcome back Nadine Levy Redzepi to cook with Head Chef Tania Steytler for one more night

Noma chef René’s wife and business partner will be cooking with SNAPS + RYE'S Head Chef Tania Steytler to celebrate the launch of her cookbook Downtime: Deliciousness at Home.

The dinner will feature a Nordic menu of dishes from Downtime, including homemade potato crisps with anchovy hummus and salmon tartare; cold prawns in horseradish cream; and a pasta dish with braised pork cheek ragù.

Arrival at 7.30pm for smørrebrød canapés & Nordic G&T.
Sitdown at 8pm with introduction from SNAPS + RYE and Nadine.
£55 including smørrebrød & Nordic G&T, 3 course meal (not including drinks, service or booking fee).

Signed copies of the book willl be available to purchase on the night.
Because of the nature of Nadine’s book and good old Danish hygge, tables will be sharing!
