At Madsen we will be celebrating the Swedish tradition of Kräftskiva (Crayfish party) from August 20 to September 25, 2011.
Head Chef Esben has created an authentic Kräftskiva menu that is available for a minimum of 4 people. Please make sure to book your table 48 hours in advance, and let us know that you would like to book this menu.You can expect great atmosphere with a menu of 500g dill prepared crayfish, marinated herring, mushroom quiche and smoked salmon canapés to start with. Needless to say beer and Akavavit will be cooled down and the essential songs handy on a handout if you should have forgotten the text!
