Their Scandinavian team is a great performer and has during the years developed excellent client relationships in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.
Job Description
This is a highly dynamic and varied position. The successful candidate will be working within a dedicated team, consisting of 5 people, which is continuing to expand its business in the Nordic region.
You will be working towards putting together innovative financial solutions for financial institutions in the region. These include equity, commodity and fund-linked derivatives in various wrappers such as: OTC, Notes, Certificates, Swaps, and Funds. You will be working with several teams within the bank (trading, structuring, legal, middle office, back office, documentations, research and graphics) with focus on research and graphics in order to finalize the product.
As a team member, your function will be to support the team with various tasks which will include but not be limited to the following:
- Create term sheets, pitch books and other marketing material
- Request prices and execute trades in the secondary market
- Liaise with trading and structuring with pricing requests for new products
- Interact with our legal department to read final terms (legal documentation) for new products, etc.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should preferably have the following requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish is a requirement
- An interest in the financial markets
- Previous experience from the financial industry will be an advantage
- Strong learning ability; you must have the will to develop in this field
- Team player par excellence, which continues to perform under stressful situations
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable affinity with processes, systems and applications (MS Office, Bloomberg etc.)
